Earphone Polishing Service

Using professional-grade polishing compounds and wheels of varying grit, our skilled technicians hand-polish each earphone housing to a refined, flawless finish.

• Standard Polishing
  Removes fine surface scratches from daily use — such as hairline marks — restoring the housing to its original clear and glossy appearance.
• Deep Polishing
  Targets deeper scratches for more thorough refinement. Please note: severe dents or impact marks cannot be fully eliminated, but their visibility will be significantly reduced.

Crack Repair Service

We provide non-destructive crack repair for earphone housings, restoring structural integrity while preserving the original finish.

•  Crack Cleaning 
  The crack is thoroughly cleaned using professional-grade agents to remove all grease, debris, and contaminants before treatment.
• Resin Injection 
  A specialized resin — matched to the original housing in refractive index, color, and hardness — is injected into the crack. Vacuum-assisted injection ensures complete penetration with no air bubbles.
• Curing & Polishing 
  Once cured under UV light or through time-based hardening, the repaired area is carefully sanded and polished to achieve a finish that is as smooth and seamless as possible.

Suitable For: 

• Housings with cracks resulting from accidental drops, external pressure, or material stress release
• Important Note: This service addresses external structural cracks only. If the crack has resulted in internal driver damage or any change in sound quality, a separate unit inspection and repair will be required, and additional charges may apply.

Socket Replacement 

A damaged earphone jack is carefully removed from the housing and replaced with a brand-new jack of the same specification. The process includes precision soldering of internal connection wires and reinforced installation to ensure stable electrical contact and a solid physical fit.
Suitable For: 

• Loose or wobbly jack with poor contact, causing intermittent or one-sided audio
• Severely oxidized internal contacts that cannot be resolved through cleaning alone
• A broken pin lodged inside the receptacle that cannot be removed

Sound Tube Filter Cleaning

Under microscope magnification and using precision tools, our technicians carefully remove earwax, oil, and dust accumulated on the filter — the tuning mesh or damper — inside the sound tube. Where necessary, the filter is replaced with a new one to fully restore the earphone's original clarity and acoustic transparency.

Driver & Sound Inspection
